Role Overview
End-to-end management of influencer campaigns: client consulting — addressing client needs, developing strategy, and selecting the appropriate channels
Creating campaign concepts
Identifying, acquiring, negotiating with, and onboarding suitable influencers
Campaign management: communication and coordination with clients and influencers
Campaign reporting and presenting results and successes to clients
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Media & Communication with relevant professional experience in social media and influencer marketing
Strong affinity for and enthusiasm about social media communication, with a keen interest in trends within the social media and digital landscape and the respective channels
Excellent writing skills, content creation ability, persuasive communication, and experience managing clients, influencers, and campaigns
Creativity, analytical thinking, and numerical proficiency combined with an outgoing, open, and communicative personality
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, and confident MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
