Role Overview
- HR Onboarding Specialist managing onboarding, compliance, and occupational requirements for all hires
- Integral part of the business ensuring an elevated new hire experience
Requirements
- Manage onboarding and occupational health requirements for assigned book of business
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures on assigned book of business
- Interpret occupational health medical results and determine appropriate vaccinations
- Responsible for navigating conversations with new hires
- Provide exceptional candidate experience to new hires
- Review onboarding requirements for accuracy and determine employment eligibility
- Consistent partnership with Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Navigate difficult conversations with heightened discretion
- Maintain understanding of internal and external system integrations
- Continuously refine and implement onboarding controls and audits
Benefits
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar field
- Talent onboarding experience is preferred
- Clear communication and problem solving skills required
- CRCR Certification, or willingness to obtain within 9 months of hire
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
