About this role

Support the development, production, and implementation of prevention curriculum
Facilitate classroom and community-based prevention programming as assigned
Train and mentor new team members in curriculum delivery, classroom management, and required documentation
Provide students with appropriate referrals and resources within the school or community setting
Collaborate with school personnel to support students who may benefit from additional guidance or resources
Participate in assigned trainings and ongoing professional development
Maintain regular attendance and support additional duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field as recognized by the US Department of Education required
Experience working with elementary and/or middle school student population preferred
Experience networking and communicating with school personnel and community members preferred
Enjoy connecting with youth and creating engaging educational experiences
Are confident facilitating presentations and leading group discussions
Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring others
Are organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities
Are passionate about prevention programming and supporting healthy, resilient communities
