Initiate calls to potential customers from a provided list of leads, including existing customers targeted for cross-/up-selling, former customers, and potential new customers.
Establish and maintain positive customer relations by providing prompt and accurate service.
Proactively promote and sell targeted products/services during customer interactions.
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with Forterro's offerings.
Work toward sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Handle inbound customer calls to activate services, request changes to products/services, and resolve product, service, or billing issues.
Track customer interactions and follow up to close sales effectively.
Liaise with Forterro Finance teams as required for billing and other financial aspects of sales transactions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain records of sales activities, customer responses, and follow-up actions.
Report sales performance and customer feedback to management.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish, French, or Polish, plus sufficient English skills for internal communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong phone presence and experience in telephonic sales.
Ability to understand customer needs and work with different personality types.
Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
