Role Overview
- Plan and execute multi-market influencer campaigns across Europe
- Identify and manage influencers across key regions (DACH, Nordics, UK, Southern Europe, etc.)
- Build and leverage a strong network of creators and/or agency partners
- Oversee outreach, negotiations, and long-term partnership development
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking
- Analyze results and optimize campaigns across different markets
- Work cross-functionally to align campaigns with broader marketing goals
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably across multiple European markets
- Strong existing network of European influencers or agency relationships
- Proven experience managing multi-country campaigns
- Deep understanding of regional differences in social media and content trends
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a strong plus).
