Work within a team of professionals responsible for generating high-quality home lending opportunities
Create new business opportunities by establishing and managing partnerships with accredited third‑party referral sources
Develop proposals that address referral source needs, concerns and objectives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Lenders and their Managers

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business Development Manager role
Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic business partners
Proven ability to source, establish and manage external partnerships that drive high volumes of business outcomes
Strong technology skills, with the ability to navigate and apply banking systems
Experience in a sales role with diversified product or service offerings, ideally within home lending
