Building & developing partnerships: You identify, acquire, and develop strategic partners, especially among tax advisors, financial service providers, and DATEV-related organizations.
Partner enablement & sales: You actively support our partners in marketing our solutions and jointly develop sales strategies to scale.
Consulting & process optimization: You analyze partners’ existing structures and help make processes more efficient and more digital.
Trainings & workshops: You conduct trainings on our products as well as on sales topics (e.g., objection handling) and sustainably enable partners.
Performance & reporting: You track partner activities, derive actions, and work on building a scalable, automated commission model.
Requirements
Several years of experience (min. 3 years) in partner, account, or sales management — ideally in software, SaaS, or the TaxTech environment.
Experience working with tax advisors, financial service providers, or within the DATEV ecosystem is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident presence when engaging different stakeholders.
High degree of ownership, a structured way of working, and enthusiasm for driving initiatives forward.
Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and translate them into solutions.
Willingness to travel and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
