Role Overview
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns tailored to the Philippine market
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Leverage an existing creator network or agency connections to drive campaign efficiency
- Handle outreach, negotiations, content coordination, and campaign delivery
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with high-performing creators
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and localized messaging
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of the Philippine social media and creator landscape
- Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end
- Existing relationships with local creators or agencies is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign reporting
- Fluent in English (Filipino is a plus)
