Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for the Brazilian market
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
Leverage an existing creator network or agency relationships to accelerate campaign execution
Manage end-to-end campaigns including outreach, negotiation, content coordination, and reporting
Build long-term partnerships with high-performing creators
Track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on performance data
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure localized and consistent messaging
Requirements
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
Must have either: A strong, active network of Brazilian influencers/creators, or Previous experience working with or within an influencer/marketing agency in Brazil
Deep understanding of Brazil’s social media and creator ecosystem
Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics
