Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in software engineering (ideally including AI/LLM environments)
- Very strong Python skills (Django or equivalent)
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Experience in AI system design
- Knowledge of evaluation methods and observability
- Ability to make trade-offs between speed and quality
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance
- Proven ability to deliver products
