Role Overview
- own the end-to-end process of planning, producing, and executing live shopping events on TikTok and Meta
- collaborate with talent and social teams to develop live streams
- assist with product decisions and live activations
- brief hosts, set up studios, coordinate giveaways, and implement price drops during live events
- foster a culture of inclusivity and high performance, coaching presenters and contributors
Requirements
- proven experience producing live content for TikTok or other social platforms
- strong knowledge of live production
- deep understanding of TikTok and Meta's culture, trends, and audience engagement strategies
- strong project management skills
- comfortable with data tools and performance metrics
- creative vision and storytelling ability, with a passion for innovation
