Lead the full lifecycle of global tax planning initiatives, including ideation, feasibility assessment, quantitative modeling, transaction design, implementation, documentation, and audit support.
Planning will span U.S. international and non‑U.S. tax regimes, including emerging global frameworks (e.g., OECD Pillar Two), and will require close coordination across the global tax organization and with external advisors.
Apply strong working knowledge of core U.S. international tax concepts, with meaningful experience in several areas such as E&P, PTEP, GILTI, FTCs, FDII, BEAT, Sections 163(j), 986(c), 987/988, and inside/outside basis considerations.

Bachelor’s degree required
CPA or J.D. / LL.M. (Tax) strongly preferred
7+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax and/or public accounting, including meaningful experience in U.S. international tax planning, cross‑border transactions, and multinational structures
