About this role
Role Overview
You analyze business requirements within the Card Functions squad to develop customer-oriented, competitive solutions in the debit card domain.
You create viable solution sketches, use cases and acceptance criteria as part of agile software development.
You act as the central interface between the Product Owner and the development team.
You actively support implementation and assist with test execution and acceptance.
You help structure complex initiatives successfully in an agile environment.
Requirements
You hold a degree in (business) computer science or (banking) business administration and have several years of relevant professional experience — or you completed vocational training as an IT specialist or bank clerk with many years of relevant experience — or you possess a comparable qualification.
You have initial experience in business analysis and requirements management, ideally within the financial services sector.
You are able to quickly grasp complex relationships and present them clearly to develop technically and functionally sound concepts that meet both business requirements and developers' needs.
You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
You have hands-on experience with agile methods such as Scrum and with common tools like Jira and Confluence.
You are communicative, enjoy working in a team and stand out through clear and persuasive communication.
