End-to-end ownership of international procurement, from packaging materials to product components
Ensure continuous availability of all packaging materials and product components
Prevent bottlenecks before they occur
Maintain a stable inventory coverage of 1–6 months for all relevant products and adjust it according to the forecast
Actively negotiate with Chinese suppliers
Sustainably reduce COGS through strong commercial terms and strategic partnerships
Build robust processes for collaboration with international suppliers
Develop and maintain clear SOPs
Ensure smooth cooperation with all internal stakeholders and interfaces

Proven experience negotiating with Chinese suppliers
Intercultural competence in the China context
Stable, data-driven forecasts and inventory planning
Experience with common ERP or planning tools
Ability to keep an overview of inventory levels, delivery dates and production schedules
Process-oriented mindset: identify and redesign inefficient workflows
Business-fluent English and German
Chinese language skills are a clear plus
