Role Overview
- Overseeing and driving sales strategy, production performance, and staff effectiveness across multiple retail locations
- Developing and executing sales initiatives that maximize revenue and profitability
- Providing leadership, direction, and ongoing performance feedback to regional sales managers and retail teams
- Conducting market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks within the retail mortgage environment
- Developing and managing sales activity budgets to ensure appropriate resource allocation and return on investment
Requirements
- 10+ years of mortgage lending experience, including multi-market or regional leadership
- Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed sales organizations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Proven leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities
