You lead, develop and motivate the sales team, including presales, with a focus on coaching, clarity of goals and performance.
You are responsible for the entire sales process and conversion funnel – from lead management through KPI tracking to reporting.
You oversee the marketing team and plan all marketing activities – including online campaigns, CRM usage and lead purchasing.
You strategically expand team structures, support recruiting and onboarding, and scale the team from 5 to 20 people.
You lead partner management, including negotiations, collaboration with skilled trades and general contractor (GC) firms, and quality control.
Requirements
A completed degree (Business Administration/Marketing/Economics) or a commercial qualification with relevant further training
Several years of sales experience with documented success and team leadership (>10 people), ideally with experience building teams/structures
Strong knowledge of Salesforce, CRM tools, Google and MS Office, including data-driven decision making
Empathy, strong motivational skills, conflict-management abilities, resilience and leading by example; you foster team culture and a performance-oriented mindset
Native German speaker; English is an advantage – plus knowledge of sales and marketing automation and stakeholder management
