About this role

Ensure CRM records are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized to support the sales team.
Execute one-off data cleaning projects to maintain data integrity.
Set up new clients in the CRM as needed.
Review internal buy-side deal filters weekly.
Enrich target records with relevant industry details, company information, and key contacts.
Provide relevant lead information to the sales team.
Prepare materials for sales calls, meetings, and pitches.
Create and manage custom sales reports.
Track key performance metrics and ensure the team has timely, accurate data for decision-making.

2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or a related field.
Strong proficiency with CRM systems; familiarity with Pipeline is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to clean, organize, and interpret sales data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with clarity and professionalism.
Solid business or finance foundation with a strong desire to continue expanding knowledge in this area.
