Role Overview
- Manage the final stages of podcast production, ensuring episodes and related assets are ready for publishing.
- Review completed podcast episodes for audio and video quality.
- Identify missed edits, incorrect segments, and formatting inconsistencies.
- Manage workflow from post-recording through final delivery across multiple episodes.
- Organize and maintain all final content assets, including videos, clips, and production files.
- Handle communication with guests for approvals and requests.
- Make quick adjustments to content when issues arise before publishing.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in content coordination, podcast production, or media operations.
- Experience working with audio and video content workflows in a production environment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using editing tools such as Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools for light editing tasks.
- Strong written communication skills for guest coordination and follow-ups.
- Ability to manage multiple content pieces simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
