Develop/update, improve and implement appropriate plans for the account, working in collaboration with other team members to help us achieve our operational goals and reach our financial targets
Be the go-to operational person on the account, both internally and externally
Manage the workload scoping, briefing process, internal quality control, and external client comms to ensure that the team continues to deliver world-class service
Interrogate and challenge process and timings
Mentor, motivating, and supporting team members, displaying leadership and providing counsel to the team
Requirements
3 years experience working in advertising or brand/marketing environments, with localization/language work exposure
MUST have English proficiency.
Experience scoping short and long-term workload, managing timelines and running projects independently
Experience working on language-driven processes
