Supporting the lending process, handling data and providing customized advice and support to client teams
Advising Relationship Managers concerning system possibilities and managing and accounting risks
Supporting in the implementation of lending transactions
Serving as the primary contact for internal partners on process issues, resolving complaints and providing answers
Ensuring accurate reflection of customer agreements in legal documentation within banking systems
Acting as a bridge between front
and back-office for information sharing
Contributing to the department’s change agenda by assisting with system implementations and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements
Professional and intellectual ability on university/higher educational level
You have banking or financial work experience
Minimum 1 year of corporate customer support/client facing experience
Fluent written and verbal communication in English is required
Experience in the analysis of corporate customers and managing deal processes is preferred
Knowledge and/or affinity in the areas of lending, structuring complex financing, credit risk management and loan documentation
You have an A1/A2 level in Dutch and want to improve it
You have a strong analytical capacity, are pro-active and have a hands-on mentality with a focus to act as one team and to support and offer the best service to our customers.
