Work closely with other functional groups and business leaders during the development and completion of tax planning strategies
Coordinate the execution of legal and administrative documentation associated with the various tax planning strategy steps
Research complex tax issues proactively
Assist in business development transactions including commercial agreements, disposition activities, and acquisition and integration scenarios
Collaborate internally with multiple stakeholders to advance tax strategies and ensure compliance with tax laws
Manage the preparation and review of US income tax disclosure statements and elections related to international acquisitions
Lead and develop through coaching, mentoring, and training junior tax professionals
