Requirements
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a B2B SaaS company. GRC and HCM technology experience is required.
Demonstrated success building enterprise ABM engines from the ground up, with measurable pipeline influence and revenue attribution.
Proven track record building or scaling channel and partner marketing programs, with partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline as a primary KPI.
Deep expertise in evolving digital presence beyond traditional SEO to include AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
Deep fluency in AI-augmented marketing operations; you have already integrated Generative and Agentic AI tools into your team’s daily workflow and can speak concretely to the productivity outcomes.
Command of modern MarTech ecosystems: Hubspot, intent data platforms (6sense, Demandbase), revenue attribution tools (Dreamdata), and marketing automation at scale.
Experience operating in or readiness to lead international market entry, including navigating localized regulatory environments.
