- Monitor, review, evaluate and manage ongoing legal tasks
- Revise and review standard legal documents
- Oversees preparation of reports
- Supervises e-discovery engagements
- Serves as liaison with assigned business areas and outside counsel
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Paralegal Certification, Bachelor’s Degree, or JD a plus
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of case management, litigation proceedings, investigations and legal documents
