Scrum Master

Role Overview

We are looking for a **Scrum Master **to support and guide our development teams in adopting and effectively applying Agile principles and Scrum practices.

In this role, you will act as a servant-leader, helping teams improve collaboration, remove obstacles, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do at MMDSmart?****

• Act as a servant-leader for Scrum teams, ensuring proper understanding and application of Agile and Scrum practices
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including:
• Daily stand-ups
• Sprint planning
• Sprint reviews
• Sprint retrospectives
• Identify and remove impediments that impact the team’s progress;
• Coach and mentor team members to improve self-organization and performance;
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration;
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities;
• Support and coordinate the work of 2–3 development teams.**

Requirements

You are a perfect match if you have:****

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification;
• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities;
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration;
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level for effective communication in an international environment.**
