Role Overview
- Foster Agile values and practices
- Support a scrum team and ensure adherence to Agile principles
- Coach a Scrum Team on executing the Scrum framework
- Experiment with processes and tools that encourage continuous improvement
- Work with more senior scrum masters to protect the team from outside influences
- Partner with the Product Owner to ensure backlog items are prioritized
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology
- Ability to provide Customer Solutions
- Skills in Information Management
- Proficient in Organizational Analysis
- Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Experience in Product Management
- Capable of Program Administration
- Strong Project Delivery Management skills
- Knowledge of Risk Management
- Experience in Scrum
- Familiarity with Software Testing
- University/college degree or relevant certification and experience considered
