About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate daily HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee record management.
Assist with organizing training sessions, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to support HR projects and process improvements.
Prepare HR reports and assist with payroll coordination as needed.
Monitor and track HR metrics to support data-driven decision making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
