Role Overview
- Drive the overall performance of your branch through coaching and mentoring
- Ensuring meaningful, consistent, and engaging customer experience to every BZN customer
- Lead collaboration between the Branch/Partner/Private network
- Work with the Head of Branch/Region to develop and implement annual business plans
Requirements
- In depth knowledge of financial products and services
- strong technical capability and understanding of Banking systems
- Leadership experience
- previous success developing, coaching and managing staff performance
- Proven track record of communicating and delivering great customer outcomes
- Ability to effectively address challenging situations through strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience of holding accountability for risk and compliance
