Lead client training and support post onboarding for Treasury Management services, including Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Information Reporting, Positive Pay, Lockbox and Commercial Cards
Execute white-glove Treasury Management client service through phone and email case management, delivering timely, accurate, and high-touch support
Coordinate and support the delivery of Treasury Management products and services following implementation, ensuring completion within agreed upon time frames and in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Review client documentation, due diligence materials, and service agreements for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to control standards
Obtain required internal approvals for Treasury Management services and access, as applicable
Anticipate client needs by proactively addressing questions and offering solutions to simplify and enhance the client experience
Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned, including contributing to the development and maintenance of reports, procedures, and process documentation
Requirements
High school diploma
3+ years' treasury management client services onboarding and training
Advanced knowledge of core treasury management products and services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
