Service complex, enterprise-level accounts
Involved in developing the Paid Media team through training and support
Support leadership in owning and improving a core pillar of the department’s business
Work under pressure and navigate client issues
Spearheads performance marketing efforts across marquee accounts
Execute effective performance marketing plans to achieve client business goals
Provide intelligent analysis based on campaign performance data
Act as a key strategic leader within the department and on account teams
Identify broader department knowledge gaps and implement trainings or solutions
Maintain excellent communication internally and externally
Serve as a role model for team to utilize available resources effectively
Requirements
4-5 years of digital marketing experience. 3+ years in agency setting
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing

Specifically having experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development on large, enterprise-level accounts
Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)

Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel
Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond the stat and telling the story
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
