Build scalable frameworks for partner activation, including messaging alignment, campaign playbooks, and performance tracking.
Lead IonQ’s analyst relations program, managing relationships with key industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, IDC, Forrester) and ensuring consistent, proactive engagement.
Drive and deliver compelling analyst briefings with cross-functional leaders/experts, develop analyst inquiries, and strategic narratives that position IonQ as a category leader in quantum computing, networking, sensing, and security.
Drive participation in major analyst evaluations, reports, and market landscapes, ensuring strong representation and differentiation.
Partner closely with product marketing to translate technical innovation into clear, differentiated narratives for partners and analysts.
Collaborate with communications and PR to amplify third-party validation, analyst coverage, and partner announcements.
Align partner marketing and analyst insights with broader company messaging, campaigns, and executive communications.
Act as the connective tissue across partnerships, marcomms, product, and sales to ensure consistent ecosystem messaging and execution.
Support strategic account efforts by activating partners in priority deals and enterprise opportunities.
Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure partner marketing impact (pipeline, influence, engagement) and analyst sentiment (coverage, positioning, share of voice).

Requirements
15+ years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, with a focus on partner marketing, ecosystem development, or analyst relations in high-growth technology sectors (AI, cloud, deep tech, or emerging technologies).
Proven experience building and scaling partner marketing programs and managing strategic alliances.
Strong track record of engaging with industry analysts and influencing market perception through structured AR programs.
Experience developing joint GTM strategies with partners, including cloud providers, system integrators, or enterprise technology partners.
Exceptional storytelling ability—able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for external audiences.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across product, marketing, partnerships, and executive teams.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, ecosystem-led growth, and partner-driven pipeline.
