Support the development and execution of marketing plans aligned to enrollment goals
Execute paid and organic campaign testing, including content, messaging, and audience targeting
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements
Write and deploy digital ads, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content
Support course launches, live events, and key enrollment periods
Partner with instructors and internal teams to align messaging and promotional timing
Help map and improve the learner journey from awareness to enrollment
Develop targeted email nurture sequences and re-engagement campaigns
Support audience segmentation efforts to tailor messaging to professional groups
Create Academy social media assets, including video, GIFs, and photography with timely, audience-focused messaging
Research marketing opportunities and assist with execution planning

8+ years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role
Project Management experience preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively within the work environment
Visual and auditory ability to work with clients, staff and others in the workplace continuously
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
High level of expertise in PowerPoint
Proficiency using project management software such as Monday.com
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
Working knowledge of HTML
Proficient in utilizing and manipulating photography and graphics for website and social media posts
