Design, iterate, scale, and enhance Software Products, Apps, and Platforms based on Client Needs, Business Requirements and development
Communicate complex topics clearly, in language that can be easily understood by clients
Define, refine, and document Best Practices that enable excellent team performance
Create design systems that can be applied to the whole project and align with customer branding
Create user flows and presenting those flows to the team and customers
Meet with clients to understand their needs and processes
Communicate to developers and other team members your ideas clearly and collaborate with the whole development team

5+ years of professional application design experience
Strong experience working with business and technical teams to design business applications, websites, and design systems utilizing Figma
Skilled at designing responsive web experiences and mobile apps
Experience as a consultant, contractor, or fractional designer
Comfortable balancing strategic discovery with hands‑on execution
Organized, proactive, and responsive in a remote environment
