
Scope of Position****The Vice President of Medicine – UrgentVet provides enterprise level clinical and operational leadership for UrgentVet’s expanding national network of 90+ urgent care animal hospitals operating across multiple states. This role is responsible for setting, scaling, and sustaining medical standards, ensuring clinical quality, and driving consistent delivery of urgent care services as the organization continues to grow.As a senior clinical executive, the VP of Medicine partners closely with Operations, Talent Relations, HR, Finance, and executive leadership to balance clinical excellence with hospital performance, growth, and scalability across a rapidly expanding platform. This role directly leads and develops a team of Regional Medical Directors and serves as the primary liaison between clinical teams and corporate leadership for the UrgentVet brand.
