Provides visionary leadership for the Phuture Phoenix pre-college program
Oversees program design, instruction, policy and procedure development, daily operations, budgeting and scholarships, staff supervision, and campus visit coordination
Teaches pre-requisite courses in Professional Program in Education to prepare Phuture Phoenix tutors and mentors
Manages field placements and plans campus visits
Builds meaningful partnerships that strengthen pre-college pathways and prepare students for higher education endeavors
Develops and evaluates educational pre-college program content and materials
Requirements
Master’s degree in Education or related field
5 years successful teaching experience, educational administration, or education program management
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in current issues and trends in education
Excellent teaching skills
Knowledge of event planning, public relations, fundraising, and budget management
Bilingual competency in Spanish, Hmong, Oneida, or Somali is preferred
