Identification and acquisition of new customers
Providing scientific information, presenting and marketing the product to neurologists and pain specialists in private practices and hospitals
Designing, organizing and delivering continuing education events
Conducting training for physicians in practices and clinics
Close cooperation with all functions within the in-field team
Designing, aligning and implementing a territory plan within the in-field team
Collecting market information and customer insights and determining the customer's position in the sales cycle
Co-responsibility for achieving regional targets
Professional reporting: timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks
Compliance with all applicable functional requirements as well as legal and regulatory obligations

University degree in a natural science
Pharmaceutical sales representative training or required expertise in accordance with §75 of the German Medicines Act
Successful field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not mandatory
Passion for the role and enthusiasm for personal development
Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts appropriately for the target audience
Strong persuasive ability and a closing-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
