Execute brand strategy and tactics in field, sales performance, effectively manage assigned territory and targeted accounts.
Build strong customer relationships and customer needs solving capability to maximize short and long term sales performance.
Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. in order to meet or exceed on those objectives.
Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation in order to continuously improve sales performance.
Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns and gain calls to action in order to close on every sales call.
Proactively aspire to serve customer needs and expectations.

Preferred that you have a Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies.
1-3 years of experience as a Product Specialist
Relevant industry experience, ideally in biotechnology and/or pharmaceuticals, preferably Neuroscience
Fluency in English and Arabic
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Practical knowledge and understanding of HCPs and disease area requirements
Good understanding of the market challenges and opportunities
