Leverage Endava’s data and intelligence capabilities to deliver clear, actionable strategic recommendations that drive client impact and competitive differentiation
Drive opportunities around connected vehicle ecosystems, predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, personalization, AI-driven insights, and next-generation digital commerce and supply chain platforms
Partner closely with internal delivery, technology, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of strategic initiatives
Requirements
10+ years of deep expertise and a well-established, existing network of contacts and/or prior clients across manufacturing (OEMs, suppliers, mobility providers)
Strong understanding of manufacturing industry dynamics, including key technology trends such as connected vehicles, digital commerce, supply chain digitization, and customer experience transformation
Proven ability to align business strategy with technology solutions, including AI, data platforms, digital commerce ecosystems, and intelligent supply chain capabilities
Extensive experience in client management within IT services or technology consulting, including ownership of complex, high-value accounts
Demonstrated success in developing and executing client strategies that deliver sustained growth, including a track record of achieving 20%+ revenue growth across a portfolio
Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience managing account P&L, forecasting, financial targets, and risk
Executive-level presence with the ability to lead high-impact, strategic engagements across C-suite and senior stakeholders
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a collaborative and influential style
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to senior audiences
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Experience driving organizational transformation and change across cross-functional teams and multiple levels of an organization
