Members are trained by department heads at the community level
Gain a comprehensive understanding of managing a team as a Health Services Director
Work under a current Health Services Director to gain on-the-job experience
Complete program without additional responsibilities adjacent to training
Next assignment could be Health Services Director position or other management roles at Oakmont

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Minimum of six months in current position at Oakmont
Prefer two (2) years experience as a Licensed Nurse
One (1) year experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
Must have a California LVN or RN License in good standing
Must be willing to travel throughout the state during the training process
Demonstrated interest in clinical leadership
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Able to work with seniors and interact with cognitively impaired individuals
Proficient in basic computer systems and ability to learn electronic health records
Able to read, write, and speak English
