Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Minimum of six months in their current position for Oakmont candidates
- Prefer two (2) years experience as a Licensed Nurse
- One (1) year experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
- California LVN or RN License in good standing
- Willingness to travel throughout the state and open to relocation
- Demonstrated interest in clinical leadership
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in basic computer systems and ability to learn electronic health records
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening tests
