Role Overview
- Gain comprehensive understanding of managing a team as a Health Services Director
- Complete department training followed by on-the-job experience under a current Health Services Director
- Participate in customized leadership training for motivated individuals looking to grow with Oakmont
- Transition to community-based Health Services Director or a management position in a new property after program completion
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Minimum of six months in current position at Oakmont
- Prefer two (2) years experience as a Licensed Nurse
- One (1) years experience in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
- California LVN or RN License in good standing
- Willing to travel throughout the state during training
- Open to relocation for permanent position
- Demonstrated interest in clinical leadership
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in basic computer systems
- Able to read, write, and speak the English language
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening tests
