Support daily brand management activities for the Incontinence Care portfolio
Analyze consumer, market, and business performance (monthly sell-in & sell-out, SOM, and key business insights)
Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making
Support Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiatives, including webshop operations and digital tools
Coordinate with the D2C team through regular touchpoints and support short-term projects, tracking and reporting results
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and external agencies
Support creative asset development and campaign execution with agencies
Contribute to innovation and pipeline projects across the portfolio
Work on projects with real ownership and exposure to senior leadership

Currently studying a bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields), minimum 5th semester
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Basic to intermediate Excel skills; intermediate PowerPoint skills
Advanced English level
Power BI knowledge is a plus
Proactive, eager to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
