The Sr. Manager, Strategy & Insights, will provide strategic, operational, and decision support to the Innovative Medicine Quality Leadership Team (IMQLT).
Lead and/or support assigned projects, complex, cross-functional programs and key initiatives, across the Innovative Medicine Quality (IMQ) organization.
Coordinate IMQ communication plans, leader meetings and forums.
Champion change management, drive stakeholder and employee engagement and provide support to key leadership and executive meetings, presentations and engagements.
Partner closely with the Global Communications team to develop and execute communications for the Innovative Medicine Quality organization.
Lead the development of communication messaging and materials for the IMQ organization, using various communication approaches and channels.
Source stories and advance proactive narratives that illuminate the positive impact of IMQ on the customer and patient.
Collaborate across the organization to elevate our IMQ story, position quality as a competitive advantage, effectively convey important information to key internal stakeholders.
Monitor the competitive landscape, provide insights and inform the IMQLT about company and industry developments, news, product launches, competitive moves, etc.
Develop executive level, strategic messaging, and provide support for speaking engagements, key leadership meetings and executive presentations in partnership with Global Corporate Affairs.
Create and maintain a high performing team culture within IMQ, champion change management and drive employee and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelors or equivalent University degree is required with a focus in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
Proven track record of at least 8 years in corporate communications, public relations, or related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful messages for different audiences.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling communications.
Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a complex, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative work environment and building consensus.
Ambitious, self-motivated, results-oriented and able to independently create and deliver.
Proven record of driving outcomes without always having direct reporting authority.
Extensive experience planning, executing and developing content for executive level communications, meetings and engagements.
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills with ability to effectively identify priorities.
Requires high degree of independent judgment and decision making.
Preferred: Working knowledge of the quality organization
Preferred: Working knowledge of the external healthcare landscape (outside of J&J)
