About this role
Role Overview
Integrate our Network fleet, enhancing the relationship and communication between clients and suppliers using the Infraspeak platform.
Gather and understand customer feedback with empathy, analyzing the impact on operations.
Balance long-term product vision with business and market necessities.
Work on feature designs and specifications with Design and Engineering teams.
Collaborate with Sales Enablement for internal team enablement on new product features.
Work with Product Marketing on GTM strategies, feature adoption, and customer engagement.
Support Engineering throughout development to anticipate challenges and needs.
Analyze metrics to understand customer behavior and product performance.
Be creative, a problem-solver, and an advocate for the customer.
Requirements
Previous experience as a product manager, or someone in a similar role.
Team player with a strong willingness to be impactful on our customers' daily lives.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills for solving real customer problems.
Strong communication skills and customer focus.
Bonus points if you have a technical background in software development.
Bonus points for previous leadership experience.
Solid experience in international B2B and SaaS (not mandatory).
