Senior IT Security Consultant (m/f/x)

Role Overview

• End-to-end support for our clients, from analysis and architecture through implementation to transition & operations.
• Facilitation of customer workshops, preparation of concepts & decision papers; knowledge transfer and guidelines.
• Participation in risk and security assessments, audits, policy and process design; depending on seniority, may include technical leadership of small teams or workstreams.

Requirements

• Experience in at least one of the focus areas above; ideally 2–3 years (Consultant) up to 7+ years (Senior/Architect) in Microsoft security projects.
• AI & cyber security: understanding of the opportunities and risks of AI in cybersecurity (e.g., anomaly detection, AI-based attacks).
• Industry-standard certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure/Security certification tracks, CCSP, CISSP, CSSLP) are a plus.
• Technology stack (selection): Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, ADFS/Entra ID Connect/MIM, PKI/ADCS.
• Protocols: LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML.
• Scripting & automation: PowerShell; SQL/XML and C#/.NET are an advantage.
• IGA/provisioning: Entra ID Governance, One Identity, SailPoint, Omada (beneficial).
• Information protection & cloud: Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, DLP), Defender for Cloud Apps, Azure Key Vault/HSM.
