You will sustainably grow our B2B business and ensure that existing partnerships and new collaborations translate into measurable growth.
You will strategically expand our partner network, strengthen existing client relationships, and advance our brand through targeted market activities—both digitally and on-site.
You will acquire new corporate clients and build long-term partnerships.
You will plan and manage partner activations to sustainably increase revenue and brand presence.
You will design and organize events (e.g., trade shows, POS activations, exclusive industry events).
You will optimize ordering and customer management processes.
You will drive listings in brick-and-mortar retail (drugstores, grocery retail) and develop corresponding strategies.
You will analyze the performance of your initiatives and implement data-driven optimizations.
You will work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Shop/e‑commerce) to ensure holistic execution.
You will take ownership of your projects and independently steer them to success.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales or partner management
Experience in the FMCG sector or with lifestyle brands (e.g., beauty, fashion)
Experience working with smaller accounts and initial exposure to larger key accounts
Proven success in new client acquisition and in expanding existing customer relationships
Understanding of retail structures and ideally experience with listings in brick-and-mortar retail
Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent working style
Excellent communication skills and confident negotiation abilities
Data-driven mindset and understanding of relevant sales KPIs
Nice-to-have: Experience in the dietary supplements/nutraceuticals sector
Very good German language skills (at least C1)
