Actively contribute to the development of Rue des Vignerons across the following areas:
Customer relations: Provide support to ensure Rue des Vignerons customers are satisfied (handling reviews and tracking customer requests, managing disputes and urgent issues).
Commercial relations: Assist the Account Manager in managing their partner portfolio:
Monitoring and optimization
Support and guidance
Managing registrations and training
Updating winemaker profiles
Reporting
Cross-functional tasks: Contribute to various cross-functional projects related to the company’s development.
Requirements
You are dynamic, responsive, curious, and also organized and thorough
You have strong writing skills, and good spelling
You are comfortable on the phone
You speak and write English
You are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
