About this role
Role Overview
Research & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and build prospect databases, Analyze market trends and opportunities in Spain
Cold Outreach & Engagement: Conduct high-volume cold calls and outreach campaigns, Initiate conversations and generate interest in services
Qualification & Sales Process Management: Conduct discovery calls and identify client needs, Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline
Closing Deals: Present tailored marketing solutions, Negotiate pricing and close new business opportunities
Requirements
Native or fluent Spanish + strong English
2+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales
Experience selling digital marketing / lead generation services (REQUIRED)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Consistent track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
