Role Overview
- Develop and implement SEO strategies for various client projects
- Conduct technical SEO audits (crawling, indexing, performance)
- On-page optimization (site structure, content, internal linking)
- Keyword and topic analyses along the customer journey
- Monitoring & reporting (e.g., via GSC, GA4, Sistrix)
- Derive concrete actions and roadmaps
- Collaborate with content, development, and ads teams
- Support with relaunches and migrations
- Analyze competitors and market potentials
- Further develop GEO-/AI-SEO approaches (e.g., AI overviews, structured data)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
- Solid understanding of technical and content SEO
- Experience with common tools (e.g., Sistrix, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC)
- Analytical mindset and a data-driven working style
- Experience with website relaunches and SEO migrations is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS (e.g., TYPO3, WordPress, shop systems)
- Independent, structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of client projects
