Lead plant productivity assessments using Gemba-based diagnostics to identify bottlenecks, waste, and conversion cost loss; identify where labor hours and conversion cost fail to convert into earned output.
Partner directly with plant leaders and cross-functional teams to prioritize, shape, and accelerate measurable productivity opportunities tied to throughput, conversion cost, quality, and delivery.
Translate shop-floor observations and plant data into clear actions, quantified opportunity pipelines. Work with the site through the various phases of ideation, feasibility & vetting, planning and execution.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to Site, ISC and PPX leadership using concise, evidence-based messaging.
Identify and scale repeatable best practices and productivity plays across sites to drive broader ISC network impact.
Contribute to continuous improvement of PPX tools, methods, and deployment standards based on field learning.
