Role Overview
- Support Government Services leaders to improve organizational efficiency
- Execute assigned workstreams within programs, plans, and process integrations
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with geographically distributed teams
- Drive or support process improvement initiatives and special projects
- Perform project management tasks: maintain schedules, manage action item logs, track RIO artifacts
Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience
- 5+ years’ experience using written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting or improving operational health/performance
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams and virtual collaboration tools
